Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know the programme fee?

The fee for both certified programmes — SCIR (Level 1) and SCUSS (Level 2) — is ₹3,000 each. You can enrol and pay securely online via Razorpay using the “Enrol Now” button, or book a free 1:1 call first if you'd like to discuss batch dates and curriculum.

Is there a flexible payment option?

Yes. The ₹3,000 fee is paid in one secure online payment via Razorpay — cards, UPI, net banking and wallets are all supported. If you need payment flexibility, message us on WhatsApp or raise it on your 1:1 call and we'll work with you individually.

What is the difference between the Weekday and Weekend batches?

Both batches cover the exact same 48-hour curriculum and earn the same SCIR certificate. The weekday batch runs Mon–Sat for 4 weeks. The weekend batch runs Sat–Sun for 7 weekends. Choose based on your schedule — the outcome is identical.

Do I need any prior experience or technical background?

No. The SCIR programme is designed for freshers, HR students, and career switchers with zero prior recruitment experience. No technical background is needed — just commitment and willingness to learn.

Will StaffIQ provide job placement?

StaffIQ does not promise guaranteed placement. However, we help every graduate become genuinely job-ready through practical training, recruiter simulations, resume guidance, interview preparation, and opportunity support wherever possible.

How is this different from other recruitment training programmes?

Every session is live and instructor-led. Every practical uses real job descriptions. You build 18 deliverables during the programme. The trainer has 10+ years of actual recruitment floor experience. The final assessment is a full end-to-end simulation.
