Using n8n (a no-code automation tool), OpenAI and Google Sheets, you build automations that screen resumes, analyse JDs, generate Boolean, score candidates and draft emails — triggered automatically and written back into your tracker. No prior coding needed.

The course runs on one principle: you ship a working automation every day. Over two weeks (five build-days a week) you create ten recruitment workflows — starting from a simple AI resume screening workflow and adding one new capability each day, until you have a complete screening pipeline. Every workflow is yours to keep, reuse and adapt for any role or client.

Turn any job description into structured must-have vs nice-to-have skills, seniority and domain — automatically.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. n8n is a visual, no-code tool. You connect nodes and write prompts — not software.

What will it cost to run these after the course?

Will I actually build something, or just watch?

You build. The first six workflows are hands-on, and you finish with your own working screening pipeline as a capstone project.
